Baanto developed the concept for a modular position sensing system in 2010 and since then we’ve been awarded both US and international patents for our innovative design. Patents US 9,395,185 and WO 2011/153620 A2 cover the use of modular edge sensors and light sources, while patent WO 2012/171111 A1 covers the mounting system to ensure proper alignment of the modules for efficient control and data communications.
